Held during the weekend of the annual Arts Alive Festival, this free, self-guided tour features a variety of homes across Hancock County, including established properties and new construction. Builders, brokers, and realtors will highlight featured homes, floor plans, neighborhoods, and communities, offering inspiration and opportunity for buyers at every stage.
Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, looking to upgrade, planning your retirement move, or gathering remodeling and design ideas, the Parade of Homes provides something for everyone. With interest rates expected to ease and excellent values available, now is the time to buy.
The Historic Depot in Bay St. Louis will serve as the official headquarters for both the Arts Alive Festival and the Parade of Homes Hospitality Tent. Visitors can stop by to pick up a Parade map and festival guide, meet event representatives, ask questions, and plan their home tour route. After visiting the homes, attendees can return downtown to enjoy the two-day Arts Alive celebration.
Homes will be located throughout Hancock County in a variety of price points and settings. Participating builders, brokers, and realtors will determine which homes are showcased, subject to committee approval. The tour will proceed rain or shine, with no rain date.
There is no cost to attend, and no ticket is required. Each home you visit gives you a chance to enter the grand prize giveaways. The more homes you tour, the more entries you receive, with prize packages valued at more than $2,500 and multiple winners selected.
The Parade Committee is inviting Hancock Chamber member businesses to contribute prizes and gift cards to create exciting giveaway packages. Participating donors and sponsors will receive advertising and recognition in exchange for their support.
Sponsorship opportunities are now open for builders, brokers, realtors, real estate service providers, and businesses that support the housing market. Packages range from $250 to $1,320 and offer valuable exposure during one of the busiest weekends of the year.
The Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee manages the event with support from Chamber staff and is fully underwritten by sponsors. Only sponsoring builders, brokers, and realtors may enter homes in the tour. Other sponsors may also partner with a participating home to promote their products and services.
Businesses that are not currently members are invited to participate through the Chamber Prospect Sponsorship option. A $325 sponsorship includes Parade participation, one full year of Hancock Chamber membership, and marketing benefits throughout the year.
All sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
